Insurance Policy Our office wants our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We understand that when fees exceed $500, it may be difficult to afford out-of-pocket care. We proudly offer the following financial policy so that you can have the opportunity to decide which payment option best suits your needs. INSURANCE: Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patients. We will fill out and file your insurance forms at no charge. We will estimate your deductible and the portion that we feel will be covered by your insurance carrier. Please understand that any expected payment from your insurance is an estimate only and that you are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance. We will do all we can to assure you of maximum benefits.
