Schedule A Free Virtual Consultation
At Fort Bend Periodontics and Implantology, we decided to rethink the way we approach consultations. We are now offering new patients two free consultations: a virtual consultation, followed by an in-person consultation.
Our free virtual consultation is conducted on a secure platform that is approved by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the American Medical Association (AMA). This virtual consultation gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. When it comes to dentistry, we know how nerve racking the experience can be, so we are here to help set you at ease. We’ll discuss your concerns and give you a general idea for your treatment plan.
After your free virtual consultation, should you choose to proceed, you can schedule a free in-person consultation where we will dive deeper into the particulars of your case. We will take x-rays of your teeth and deliver the specifics of your unique treatment plan. We can then discuss the price breakdown, as well as financing options, including dental insurance and payment plans.
Both consultations are completely free.
If you’re ready to schedule your virtual appointment, call today (281) 603-0457 or fill out our quick and easy online form for someone to contact you.
Gummy Smile Correction
Sometimes, our gums overwhelm our teeth and cause what is often called a gummy smile. With this condition, there is too much gum tissue showing, which can make teeth look short and disproportionate. With a gum lift or crown lengthening procedure, we can remove excess gum tissue, reshape the contour of the gums, and give you a natural-looking gum line and teeth that appear to be a more correct length and size. This technique is also ideal if your gum line is uneven, making your teeth appear crooked even if they aren’t.
Pinhole® Gum Rejuvenation for Exposed Roots
When gums recede, the roots of teeth can become exposed. This not only causes pain, sensitivity, and a higher risk for infection, but it also makes teeth appear longer. We can perform a scalpel-free, suture-free, graft-free, minimally invasive procedure to repair the receding tissue, cover the roots, and restore your gum line to its natural form. Through a small hole made by a needle, Dr. Dyer can correct gum recession, prevent tooth loss, and help you achieve a more youthful, attractive appearance.
If you’ve lost a tooth or had a tooth extracted, you may notice indentations in your gums where the tooth used to be. This is caused by bone loss in your jawbone that naturally occurs when a tooth is missing. In addition to using a dental implant to replace your missing tooth, we can perform ridge augmentation to smooth out the indentation and restore a natural curvature to your gums and jaw.
Dr. Dyer and his staff are very considerate and communicate well with their patients. Dentistry can be an anxious experience and these folks are sensitive to your needs. Very helpful through and after the procedures done.

I know that my teeth are in good hands with Dr Dyer and his team..Being a person who is so scared of having my teeth worked on, I’m really relaxed.. Dr.Dyer does an EXCELLENT job on my implants , and follows up making sure that everything is how it should be. I moved to Tomball, and I still come to his office!

As usual, my visit to Dr. Dyer was a great experience. I have been going to Dr. Dyer for about 8 years and have never waited more than 5 min. My last visit was a tooth cleaning and as usual it was well-done and the visit with Dr.Dyer at the end was thorough. Best dentist I have ever had.
